I started as an Intern where the manager couldn’t recall my name so he referred to me as Spot. During my time at that organziation the nickname stuck lol.

I bring a proven track record of implementing, enhancing, and integrating Human Resources with company Operations. My expertise involves being a Director of HR Operations, Benefits Management, HR Systems Managment, and Audit & Sox Compliance.
